Today was the day my website www.myseeley.net got published. I have been thinking that I should have one for two reasons. The first is that I have an alibi for all the hours spent in my study, in my garage and elsewhere and no contribution to the family food account has been produced and secondly there might be a few guys out there that want to see how a think like this can come together.

I had some success yesterday in that Kenny Cummings of NYC Norton has promised to supply a few bits and pieces needed. Today however he brought me bad news in so far that I do not know now how to build the exhaust system. I need to start looking around.

Yesterday I also got the drawing for the front wheel axle done and have sent some requests out for material to be supplied. Since the axle has a hefty outside diameter of 20 mm I thought I should lighten it by a) making it out of Titanium and b) by drilling an eight millimetre hole through it. Titanium should knock about 250 grams off the total weight, compared with a steel axle, and the lightening hole another 50 , for a total of about 300 grams.
